Meditation has been found from long time ago, usually practiced by Hindu people in India. Formerly, the aim of mediattion is to attain spiritual development where people had to meditate everyday while they controlling and focusing their minds. Many techniques has been found, many style has been developed with the main purpose is to focus our minds.

Mind is creator of habits actually. Whatever you do regularly it will be your habits. You never told your mind for breakfast at seven in the morning, because our mind already understand. This action has been recognised by your mind as a habits.

So, meditation will success if you can cotroll and focusing your mind. You becaome relax, steel and full of happiness. Our eyes will take a biggest responsibelity in our meditation practice, and ears take second responsibelity while nose is has a thrid part. When you practicing meditation, you will start your battle indeed.

If you see negative and positive things with your eyes, then it will be reflected during your meditation time. That's way we need to keep our eyes to see anythings in this world which is positive things only. Similarly with our ears and nose, we must keep on hearing and smelling only for positive things.

Now, what is great benefit of being vegan or vegetarian while you practicing meditation? the answer is you have succedded in reducing all desire of eating animals, which is create by your mind. Next, you have never harm any beings in this world it will make you heart full of Love. Eating meats, fish and eggs will make your heart and mind uncontrollable, easy to become angry and you must be difficult to focus your mind during the meditation.
